Housing and home & community support are separate service lines. Availability of any service depends on eligibility, authorization, individual needs, and the approved support plan.
Residential
Supportive community-based residential services for eligible individuals. Our approach emphasizes safety, personal choice, daily living skills, meaningful routines, community participation, and person-centered support.
Home & Community
Compassionate nonmedical support designed to promote connection, participation, comfort, and independence at home and in the community. Services are based on eligibility, authorization, individual needs, and the approved support plan.
Who we serve
We support eligible individuals who may benefit from structured residential services, person-centered skill development, companionship, and authorized home or community-based assistance. Our team works with individuals, families, guardians, support coordinators, and referral professionals to determine whether our services are an appropriate match.
